This past weekend was wonderful. I met new friends, and seen old friends, while doing something that I love. Getting out to Murray’s Mill for Fall Photos did not disappoint! There will be round of mini sessions on Nov. 13th. Check out the info here.
When some people see a photo, they are transported to a different time. It is a wonderful thought that one day when I have long put down my cameras, lenses, and lights… someone somewhere will be showing work I created to their loved ones. You guys may not remember the crazy blonde lady that took those pictures, but she will be wondering about all of her lovely clients gazing at the moments captured.
Have a look at Jennifer and her bunch below. I photographed this sweet family about four years ago. They have been through a lot since then, and it was wonderful seeing them again. Although, I about did not recognize them. The kids have grown so much.
This first image is my favorite from the session. So much sweetness and love shows in it.
We took these in some very bright sun light and it was windy as could be. But even through the struggle, we got some amazing pictures for them to cherish. My light stand only hit the ground real hard one time, and seems to still be working just fine.
