Alexa and Casey officially met through some friends back in 2013, but before that, about 5 years before that, Alexa had a crush on Casey back in high school!

Isn’t that amazing? This part of their love story stands out for me. It is almost like they were high school sweethearts.

I love that when I asked them their initial impression of each other, Casey said he was originally intimidated by Alexa’s height.

And Alexa came face to face with the “country boy” she had previously had a crush on in high school. What a cute meeting story.

Casey loves how selfless Alexa is.

And Alexa loves his vulnerability, and constant validation and affirmations.

She said yes, OF COURSE, and now they are a husband and wife who love just getting to do life together. They love the little things, like getting to go grocery shopping and running errands together.
