The Wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Jedra

Getting to photograph weddings is always an honor, but in this case it was so much more! I have been photographing Reid and Jordan since they were in high school. That’s right, they are also high school sweethearts. ?

Reid told me back then (almost 5 years ago) that one day I would photograph her wedding, and even after moving away for a short time, she made sure I was there to shoot her big day!

Reid and Jordan not only had a beautiful cake, they also had a wonderful dessert spread.

Notice anything completely fascinating about these flowers?! Well if you guessed they are not real, then you would be correct. This is one of those incredible times when fake flower arrangements outshine real ones. Reid’s grandma took months making these marvelous floral arrangements from coffee filters for her. I don’t know how she did it, but I was swooning over all of the flower arrangements at this wedding. ?

Their whole ceremony was absolutely beautiful, but let me just say that THE KISS WAS EPIC

Don’t you just love the fact that the preacher had also married Reid’s parents and grandparents? Yep, three generations have been married by the same preacher. How wonderful?!

And YES, they played the shoe game. ??

Doesn’t the bride’s face say it all in this photo? I think Jordan knew he better not. ?

This photo of Reid dancing with her little brother is one of my favorites from the wedding.

Also, can you spot the bridesmaids taking selfies while everyone else is dancing? Hey, when you look good, you look good. ?
